What size should I choose?
The Comfort Zone products all have a size chart. The Horse Rugs are available in sizes Small to X Large. Small is suitable for horses wearing rug size 5’3 – 5’6. Medium is suitable for horses wearing rug size 5’9 – 6’0. Large is suitable for horses wearing rug size 6’3 – 6’6. X Large is suitable for horses wearing rug size 6’9 – 7’0.

Dog coat measurements are taken from nape (back of neck, including the collar) to tail. Small measures 33cm, Medium is 38cm, Large is 46cm and X Large is 55cm. Please note that exact measurements may vary due to the handmade nature of the product.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Each Comfort Zone product is handmade to order by our machinists. Please allow 7-10 working days for us to complete your order.

Why does the fleece work better than normal fleece?
The Comfort Zone fleece range uses two layers of fleece to provide an excellent wicking and warming environment for your horse or dog. By using a dual layer of Sherpa and Polar fleece, the rug allows accumulated body heat and air to flow through the weave, allowing moisture to be wicked away at the thinner points. This makes the rug perfect for use after bathing, hosing down or after winter riding.

I want to add embroidery to my order, how do I do this?
There is an option to add embroidery to each product – just select ‘Add Embroidery’ and the options will appear. If you would like to add embroidery after you have purchased your Comfort Zone item, please email us as soon as possible on sales@comfortzoneequestrain.co.uk, quoting your order number. At the moment, we only offer embroidery before despatch.
